Ethan Rodda is a Los Angeles / New York based Lighting Designer studying Theatre Design & Technology at SUNY Purchase. Concentrated in Lighting and Sound Design, his work spans a wide range of genres including Theatre, Film and Television, Dance, and Opera.

His passion for the arts began at an early age. As a young child, he discovered a special interest in painting, which then sparked his love for theatre and led to a career in Lighting Design.

Ethan has been involved in over forty different productions. His drive continues to push him through new sets of challenges every day. Some of his recent work includes: All Our Fault (Sunset Artists Film Company), The Grimoire of the Magi (Simi Valley Cultural Arts Center), Shards Of Us (Donna Hubbard Theatre), and Alice in Wonderland (Wilshire Ebell Theatre) for which he received a BroadwayWorld nomination for Best Lighting Design of a Musical in 2024.
